SecureTrack / X OPS

SecureTrack / X OPS (Android package com.securetrack.fieldoperations) is a field operations application operated by SecureTrack GPS Trading L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is intended for authorized business users.
Information the application processes
- Account information, such as names, email addresses, user identifiers, roles, and optional profile photographs.
- Operational information entered into the service, including customer and contact details, vehicle records, job assignments, notes, inventory records, attendance, work completion records, and payment-collection amounts and methods.
- Location coordinates and accuracy when users perform location-dependent actions, such as recording a login or site arrival, with device permission.
- Photos and scanned barcode or QR information when users use camera features, including device IMEI and SIM identifiers.
- Technical and activity records needed for operation, auditing, security, and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information supports account authentication, access control, job assignment and completion, attendance and site-arrival records, stock management, reports, and service security and reliability. Camera access supports scanning and photo features; location permission supports location-dependent workflows. Users can manage these permissions through Android settings. Declining permissions may prevent related features from working.
Storage and access
The service uses Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for account authentication and cloud records. Operational information is accessible to authorized company personnel according to their assigned roles. Some application data may also be held on the device, including cached records or pending operations.
Disclosure of information
Information is processed by technology providers needed to operate the service and by authorized personnel managing business operations. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. Contact us for questions about a particular record or processing activity.
Security
The service uses authenticated accounts, role-based access controls, and encrypted HTTPS connections to help protect information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Records are retained while needed to provide the service. After an account or personal-data deletion request is verified, the account and profile are deleted. Associated work, attendance, and payment records are retained for one month after the verified request, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Records subject to a specific legal preservation requirement may be retained for the legally required period; we will explain any such exception when handling the request.
Privacy and data-deletion requests
To request access, correction, account deletion, or deletion of personal information, email itsecuretrackx@gmail.com with the subject “SecureTrack privacy request”. Include the email address associated with your account and describe your request. Do not include your password.
We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your company administrator. Account and profile data are deleted following verification. Associated work, attendance, and payment records are retained for one month, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Any specific legal preservation exception will be explained when handling your request.
Children
The application is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
